Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders, which are shipped within 2 business days from our studio in San Diego, CA. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 days to arrive once shipped.

Need it faster? We also offer a $10 express shipping update at checkout. Those orders are always packed up first and will arrive 1-2 days after fulfillment.

How quickly will my order ship?

We always ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not yet ship outside of the US, but we hope to expand our shipping territories in 2024.

While we do not accept direct international orders at this time, we suggest creating an account with Shipito, which enables international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to the appropriate international destination. The shipping cost is up to 80% lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money and helps us keep things simple! And for full disclosure, we make a small referral fee for each new customer we refer to Shipito.

Do you have express shipping options?

Yes! We offer a $10 express shipping update at checkout. Those orders are always packed up first and will arrive 1-2 days after fulfillment.

What is the shipping cutoff for holiday orders to arrive in time for Christmas?

All holiday orders must be received by Friday, December 15th in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is marked as FINAL SALE. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging. (That doesn't apply to the recyclable outer packaging it's shipped to you in — you may ship back your order in whatever mailer you have available!)

Do you offer exchanges?

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds on returns made within 30 days to the original form of payment — if you'd like to initiate a return, please do so on your My Account page.

NOTE: Route package insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

What do I do if my item is defective or arrives damaged?

We'll make it right! We never want you to end up with a product that isn't up to our standards. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it at no cost to you — email us directly at hello@natalieborton.com and we will get it sorted out for you!
