We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia. All orders are shipped from our studio in Solana Beach, California.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

For added peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout.

This optional service protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit — and ensures a swift resolution should the unexpected occur. While rare, shipping issues can happen, and Route offers a seamless way to receive a replacement or refund without delay.

The option to add Route protection will appear during checkout. If you choose to decline it, please note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Route Package Protection is non-refundable.

We want you to love your NBD pieces — and we’re here to make it right if something isn’t quite what you expected.

Exchanges are complimentary and easy — simply email us and we’ll take care of the details. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For U.S. returns, a $9 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for jewelry and leather goods, and a $15 shipping & handling fee for garments. For international returns, a $25 return fee applies for all items. In-store returns are always complimentary.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them and include original packaging. (There’s no need to use the original mailer — you’re welcome to return your order in any shipping envelope you have available.)

Please note that items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Route Package Protection, if selected, is non-refundable.
